حضر الليكاند (L) اورثو امينو هيدرازو بنزين من تفاعل اورثو أمينو فنيل ثايول مع فنيل هيدرازين و بنسبة 1 : 1 و شخص بواسطة التحليل الدقيق للعناصر (N, H, C)، الأشعة تحت الحمراء و الأشعة فوق البنفسجية–المرئية كما حضرت و شخصت معقدات أملاح بعض أيونات العناصر الثنائية التكافؤ (Pb, Hg, Cd, Pd, Zn, Cu, Ni, Co) و الثلاثي التكافؤ (Cr).
استخدمت تقنيات التحليل الدقيق للعناصر (N, H, C)، طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء، الأشعة فوق البنفسجية – المرئية، التوصيلية الكهربائية، الامتصاصية الذرية و الخواص المغناطيسية لتعيين تركيب المعقدات و استنتج من التحاليل أن المعقدات لها شكل ثماني السطوح حول أيون الفلز مع الليكاند (L) ثنائي السن (N)N, ما عدا مع Pd مكونا مربع مستوي.
و قد تم حساب قيم Єmax, kf , α للمعقدات و حساب B لمعقد الكوبلت.
كما تم دراسة الفعالية البايولوجية للكاند و معقداته و قد أظهرت النتائج امتلاكها فعالية متفاوتة اتجاه أنواع البكتريا Streptococcus, pyogenes, Candida albicans E.coli, Pseudomona aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus.
Abstract EN
Ortho amino hydrazobenzene (L) has been prepared from the reaction of ortho amino phenyl Thiel with phenyl hydrazine in mole ratio (1 : 1).
It has been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), IR, UV–Vis.
the complexes of the bivalent ions (Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pd, Cd, Hg and Pb) and the trivalent (Cr) have been prepared and characterized too.
The structural have been established by elemental analysis(C, H, N), IR, UV–Vis spectra, conductivity measurements, atomic absorption and magnetic susceptibility.
The complexes showed characteristic behavior of octahedral geometry around the metal ion and the (N, N) ligand coordinated in dentate mode except with pd showed square planer.
α, kf, Єmax for the complexes were estimated too.
Β for Co–complex was calculated.
The study of biological activity of the ligand (L) and its complexes showed various activities toward Streptococcus pyogenic Staphylococcus aurous, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E.
coli and Candida albinos.
