هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الخالة الصحية لأفراد الأسرة الأردنية من الوالدين و الأجداد و الأبناء، و تحديد أثر المتغيرات الديمغرافية و الإجتماعية على الحالة الصحية للمبحوثين.
و لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من عينة وطنية مؤلفة من 1871 مبحوثا ممن أعمارهم 18 سنة فأكثر عن طريق الاستبانة المخصصة للمقابلا من المبحوثين و تم استخدام الإحصاء الوصفي (النسب المئوية) و الإحصاء التحليل (الانحدار المتدرج نحوو الأمام) في تحليل بيانات الدراسة.
كشف نتائج التحليل الوصفي عن أن غالبية أفراد العينة الوطنية الكلية (85.6%) قيموا صحتهم على أنها جيدة جدا أو جيدة.
و لكن هذه الحالة الصحية تختلف بحسب المكانة في الأسرة (أزواج، أو أبناء، أو أجداد).
من جهة أخرى، كشفت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي التحليلي عن أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائي بين العمر و التقييم الذاتي لحالة الصحية للمبحوثين الأزواج، و الأبناء، و الأجداد.
كذلك اظهرت نتائج التحليل وجود علاقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات المستوى التعليمي، و الجنس، الحالة العلمية، و الإقليم، و دخل الأسرة، و مكان الإقامة، و الحالة الزوجية من جهة و التقييم الذاتي للحالة الصحية للأزواج من جهة أخرى.
أخيرا، كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن أن هناك علاقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري المكانة الاجتماعية (المستوى التعليمي و دخل الأسرة) و التقييم الذاتي للحالة الصحية للأجداد في الأسرة الأردنية.
Abstract EN
The goals of this study were to identify self-reported of health status in the Jordanian family (spouses, grandparents, sons and daughters), and determine the effects of socio-demographic variables on respondents> self-reported health status.
To achieve these goals, a questionnaire of face -to- face interviews were used to collect the data from a national sample of 1871 respondents whose age 18 years and above.
Descriptive statistics (percentages) and analytical statistics (forward stepwise regression) were used to analyze the data set.
The results of the descriptive analyses revealed that the majority of the total national sample (85.6%) rated their health status to be very good or good.
But, the self-reported of health of respondents differ according to their status in the family (as spouses or grandparents or sons and daughters).
On the other hand, the results of analytical analyses revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship between age and self-reported of health status of spouses, grandparents, sons and daughters.
Also, the analyses demonstrated that there are a statistically significant relationships between level of education, sex, working status, region, family income, place of residence, and marital status on one hand and self-reported of health status of spouses on the other.
Finally, the analyses revealed that there are a statistically significant relationships between variables of social status (level of education and family income) and self-reported of health status of grandparents.
