الفلافونيدات و الخلاصات الكحولية الخام لمواد من نباتات سودانية من أنواع من جنسي الكاسيا و الهايفين تم اختبارها لنشاطاتها المضادة للجراثيم ضد خمسة كائنات دقيقة حية : العصوية الرقيقة، العنقودية الذهبية، الأشريكية القولونية، الزائفة الزنجارية، و المتقلبة الأعتيادية.
أظهرت الفلافونيدات النقية فعالية أكثر من الخلاصات الخام ضد البعض من الكائنات الدقيقة الحية.
الخلاصة الخام للهايفين أظهرت أقل فعالية ضد : العصوية الرقيقة، المتقلبة الأعتيادية و الأشريكية القولونية.
Abstract EN
The flavonoids and the crude alcoholic extractives of the Sudanese materials of Acacia nilotica var nilotica, Acacia nilotica var astringens and Hyphaene thebaica were tested for their antibacterial activity against five organisms : Bacillus subtitis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus vulgaris.
The pure flavonoids exhibited more potency than the crude extractives against some of the organisms.
The crude extract of Hyphaene thebaica showed less potency against: Bacillus subtitis, Proteus vulgaris and Escherichia coli
