بإتباع طرق كيميائية معينة تم استخلاص الكافيين و مشتقاته، و في وجود مركبات مرجعية للكافيين و مشتقاته (ثيوفالين، ثيوبرومين، بيتا هيدروكسي ثيوفالين) و باستخدام جهاز كروماتوجرافيا الغاز / سائل قدرت تراكيز الكافيين و مشتقاته في كل من القهوة، الشاي، الشوكلاته، الكولا و منتجاتها.
القهوة التركية تحتوي على أعلى محتوى للكافيين (4.32 ± 47.44 مليجرام / 100 ملليليتر) القهوة السريعة الذوبان تحتوي على (2.46 ± 44.79 مليجرام / 100 ملليتر)، القهوة العربية تحتوي على 5 ± 23.56 مليجرام /100 ملليتر.
و القهوة العربية تحتوي على الهيل الذي يضيف لها النكهة مع إضافة فوائد طبية كثيرة، مسحوق البن العادي المحروق يحتوي على (0.73 ± 5.72 مليجرام 100 ملليتر) كل أنواع القهوة تحتوي على الكافيين فقط.
مستخلص الكافيين و مشتقاته في الشاي يحتوي على 0.34 ± 21.75 مليجرام 100 ملليلتر الكافيين 89 %، الثيوفالين 0.17 %.
الشوكلاتة تحتوي على (0.1 ± 2.50 مليجرام / 100 ملليلتر) ( 80% ثيوبرومين 9.67 % بيتا هيدروكسي ثيوفالين، 4.34 % كافيين، 1.23 % ثيوفالين.
منتجات الكولا تحتوي على الكافيين فقط (1.19 ± 6.46 مليجرام / 100 ملليلتر).
Abstract EN
-Caffeine, theophlliiie, phydroxytheophlline , theobromine were extracted from coffee , Arabic coffee , commercial black tea, chocolate and cola products by following certain chemical procedures, in the presence of caffeine and caffeine standards and by using gas liquid chromatography (GLC), the methylxanthnie content of commercial black tea was 21.75 ± 0.34 mg / 100ml, the percent of caffeine was 98,69 % and the theophylline 0.17 %, while the methylxanthine content of commercial chocolate was 2.50 ± 0.
Mg / 100 ml, the theobromine percent was 80.26 %, β hydroxytheophylline 9.67 % and caffeine was 4.34 %.
The commercial cola products were pure caffeine and amounted to 6.4 ± 1.19 mg / l00ml methylxanthine.
Turkish coffee contained a high amount of caffeine (47.44 ± 4.32 mg / l00ml) followed by commercial instant coffee (44.79 ± 2.46 mg / l00ml) Arabic coffee (23.56 ± 5.0 mg / l00ml), and black coffee (roasted) was 5.72 + 0.73 mg / l00ml.
