تحاول هذه الورقة بحث المؤشرات الشهرية لأسعار الأسهم و مؤشرات الأسعار الجيدة لدول المشرق و المغرب المختارة : الأردن و المملكة العربية السعودية و المغرب و الكويت للأعوام من 2009-2000 و ذلك باستخدام طرق التكامل المشترك.
و تدعم نتائجنا العلاقة طويلة المدى بين أسعار الأسهم و أسعار السلع.
و مع ذلك، تتأثر الأسهم من التضخم على المدى القصير.
أما على المدى الطويل، تتراوح مرونة فيشر لأسعار الأسهم بالنسبة لأسعار السلع بين 1.36-1.01 في البلدان الأربعة قيد الدراسة.
و باستثناء الكويت، ترتفع تقديرات معامل فيشر أكثر بكثير من واحد.
أما بالنسبة لكلا من الأردن، و المملكة العربية السعودية و المغرب، تدعم النتائج التجريبية فرضية فيشر، مع معاملات مقدرة تقترب من الوحدة.
Abstract EN
This paper attempts to investigate monthly stock price indexes and good price indexes for selected Mashreq and Maghreb countries : Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and Kuwait for 2000-2009 using co integration methods.
Our findings support the long-run relationship between stock prices and goods prices.
The long-run Fisher elasticity’s of stock prices with respect to goods prices are in the range of 1.01 to 1.36 across the four countries under study.
With the exception of Kuwait, the Fisher effect coefficient estimates are significantly greater than one.
In the case of Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco the empirical results support the Fisher hypothesis, with estimated coefficients near unity.
