هدف البحث : تقييم و مقارنة التسرب البكتيري الذروي الداخلي لطريقة الحشو يقمع واحد و بعدة أقماع باستخدام ثلاثة أنواع مختلفة من ملاط قناة الجذر.
طريقة البحث : تم جمع 70 سنة أدمية ذات جذر واحد لاستخدامها في هذا البحث.
ثم وضعت الأسنان لمدة نصف ساعة في محلول 5,25 % هيبوكلوريت الصوديوم لإزالة أي بقايا عضوية و غسلت بالماء الجاري و حفظت في محلول ملحي حتى وقت الدراسة.
تم غسل كل قناة بمحلول هيبوكلوريت الصوديوم 2,25 % بعد كل استخدام لمبارد قناة الجذور الدواره (الهيبروشيبر).
و بعد ذلك تم تقسيم العينات عشوائيا إلى ثلاث مجاميع رئيسية حسب نوع الملاط المستخدم (الجتافلو، الأي اتس بلس و التيوليسيل) و بعد ذلك تم تقسيم كلا من الثلاث مجموعات الرئيسة إلى مجموعتين فرعيتين حسب طريقة الحشو (حشو بعدة أقماع أو بقمع واحد).
النتائج : إن ملاط قناة الجذر الاي اتش بلس يظهر أقل كمية للتسرب البكتيري، بينما ملاط قناة الجذر التيوبليسيل يظهر أكبر كمية للتسرب البكتيري.
هذا مع العلم أنه لا يوجد فوارق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أنواع الملاط التي تم تقييمها في هذه الدراسة.
كما أن طريقة الحشو بأقماع متعددة تظهر كمية تسرب أقل من طريقة الحشو بقمع واحد، على الرم من ذلك فإنه لا يوجد فوارق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطريقتين.
الاستنتاج : أن أنواع الملاط الثلاثة (الجوتافلو و الاي اتش بلس و التيوبليسيل) لها قدرة غلق متقاربة مع بعضها.
و ليس لأي منها القدرة على منع التسرب البكتيري الذروي الداخلي بشكل كامل.
طريقة الحشو بعدة أقماع لها قدرة غلق مقاربة لطريقة الحشو بقمع واحد.
و ليس لأي من الطريقتين القدرة على منع التسرب البكتيري الذروي الداخلي بشكل كامل.
Abstract EN
Objective : This study was designed to evaluate the internal apical bacterial leakage of the root canal after obturation with single or multiple cone techniques in conjunction with different types of sealers.
Material and Methods : Seventy extracted human single-rooted teeth were collected for this study.
The crowns were removed and the root canals were prepared.
Ten µl of Enteroccocus faecalis suspension was added to each canal and incubated for 7 days.
Samples were divided according to sealer type used into three groups; group I (Guttaflow), group II (AH-plus) and group III (Tubliseal).
Each group was further subdivided according to the filling technique applied into two subgroups ; subgroup A (multiple cone) and subgroup B (single cone).
The internal apical bacterial leakage was assessed by checking the broth turbidity every week for 3 months.
Results : Group II and III demonstrated the least and highest amount of bacterial leakage, respectively, without significant difference in between the groups.
Regarding the filling techniques, no significant difference was found between both techniques.
Conclusion : All tested sealers, accompanied with single or multiple cone technique, showed a comparable sealing ability, even though no one was able to prevent internal apical bacterial leakage completely.
Both single and multiple cone techniques showed similar sealing ability.
