We report a 40-year-old pregnant woman who presented to the emergency room with recurrent seizures ; altered mental status and vomiting patient developed profuse vaginal bleeding and delivered a dead fetus.
She has been diagnosed clinically and radio logically as a case of Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome.
