تعتبر متلازمة بندرد أكثر متلازمة الصمم شيوعا، حيث تتميز بخلل في إنتاج هرمونات الغدة الدرقية، سلعة درقية مع ضعف سمع حسي عصبي.

إن الإدراك السريري لهذه الحالة يحتل مكانة هامة بالنسبة للمريض و عائلته، و التقييم المستقبلي اللازم للحالة عبر الاستقصاءات المناسبة و وضع الاستشارة الوراثية.

Abstract EN

Pendred syndrome is the most common cause of syndromic deafness, characterized by dyshormonogenesis, goiter and sensorineural hearing impairment.

Clinical awareness of this entity is important for the patient, family and future assessment through appropriate studies and genetic counseling.
