This paper studies the sick-death's grant, that falls in seven chapters where the first descries the grant and its law, the second describes the sick-death and what follows, the third shows the sick-death's grant to inherited foreigner, the fourth shows the judgement of the granter and other, the fifth includes grant-taking, the sixth shows the judgement in case of differences in sick-death position and ended with conclusion and references.
