على تثبيط السلوكية Girgensohnia opposite تم دراسة تأثير مستخلص ايثايل اسيتيت لنبات العدوانية و بعض الاختبارات الفسيولوجية لذكور الفئران المختبرية و بالجرع (100 ملغم/ كغم و 50 ملغم/ كغم و25 ملغم/ كغم).
دلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود تأثير متخصصا نوعا ما على السلوكية العدوانية.
كما اشارت الدراسة الى عدم وجود تأثير لهذه المستخلصات على الشد العضلي و درجة حرارة المستقيم و اعتدال الحيوان و فترة نوم الحيوانات المعاملة مقارنة مع حيوانات السيطرة مما يعزز التأثير التثبيطي المتخصص لهذه المستخلصات على هذا النوع من السلوكية العدوانية.
Abstract EN
The effect of various doses of pure crystals extract and ethyl-acetate extract of Girgensohnia oppositi on social aggression and some biological parameters of male mice was investigated .
The behavioural data of the effect of 100 mg|kg , 50 mg|kg and 25 mg|kg of pure crystals and ethyl-acetate extract showed that the injection of these doses caused specific action on aggressive behaviour of male mice (anti-aggressive effect) .
The results also showed no effect on the muscle tone , rectal temperature righting reflex and potentiation of pentobabitone sleeping time.
