In this investigation, two equations have been proposed for the punching shear strength of reinforced concrete fiat plates made with Abu-Ghar limestone.
The actual punching shear area has been used.
The effects of concrete compressive strength, steel reinforcement ratio, column dimension and eccentricity have been included.
It has been shown that the results of the proposed equations hold well when compared with the available test data of other investigators.
