في الجزء الأول من هذا البحث قمنا باستعراض تاريخ العقاقير المستخدمة في استنفار الخصوبة منذ بدأ الستينات من القرن الماضي بالتركيز على مضادات الاستروجين كعقار (الكلوميفين) و غيره من هذه المجموعة.
ثم تلي ذلك عرض للمرحلة الثانية في تطوير عقاقير الإخصاب بدأ بتصنيع موجهات القند (الجونادوتروبين) ثم اكتشاف مضادات و مؤيدات موجات القند.
و في هذا الجزء من البحث سنقدم حول تطوير بروتوكولات العلاج، و تقييم الأدوية المكتشفة حديثا و غيرها من المداخلات الجديدة التي تستعمل في استنفار التبييض.
كما و سنستعرض أيضا الأعراض الجانبية لها مع اختبار الآراء الحديثة حول التأثير السرطاني الضمني لأدوية استنفار التبييض.
