يعتبر الناسور ما بين الجيب الوريدي الكهفي و الشريان السباتي من أنواع النواسير الوعائية و التي تتكون في أوعيه الدماغ الدموية.
تتطرق هذه الورقة إلى النوعين الرئيسيين لهذا الناسور مع الإشارة إلى الأعراض المصاحبة، كيفيه التشخيص و العلاج لهذه الحالات و بالأخص عن طريق العلاج التداخلي.
يتبع ذلك عرض لواده من هذه الحالات تم علاجا كليا عن طريق العلاج التداخلي من خلال الشريان و باستخدام الحلزونات البلاتينية.
Abstract EN
Carotid-cavernous fistulas (CCFs) are a subtype of intracranial arteriovenous fistulas with symptoms ranging from none to devastating intracranial hemorrhage.
This article reviews the two main types of CCFs, the symptomatology, the different drainage patterns and the currently available treatment options.
We follow that by a case report of a spontaneous CCF treated successfully by trans-arterial coil embolization.
