نعرض حالة مريضة قامت بابتلاع جسم غريب (عظمة دجاج) عرضيا، و حضرت الى غرفة الطوارئ تشكو من ألم بطني حاد تطلب إجراء تدخل جراحي (شق بطني استقصائي) فيما بعد.
بعد ذلك تمت مراجعة الأدب الطبي باختصار عن طريق البحث عبر MEDLINE باستخدام المصطلح (انثقاب اللفائفي و ابتلاع جسم غريب) ككلمات مرجعية و ذلك بدون تحديد الوقت و لكن مع التقيد بالبحث عن النصوص باللغة الانجليزية فقط.
Abstract EN
This is a case report of a 67 year old female patient who incidentally ingested a chicken bone, and presented to the emergency room with acute abdomen that required exploratory laparotomy later on.
