Extract of basra lemon for kidney stone and dental plaque treatment

The aim of this study is to confirm the possibility of using fruit derived drug as an alternative medication for treatment of kidney stones and related complains.

It is new drug candidate for relieving of kidney stone, related phosphates and oxalates.This drug has been extracted from the fruit, namely, Basra lemon (lemon citrus bigardia loisel).The LD50 of the extracts has determined (150 mg/kg).

It was experimented on animal before its application among patients.

The application of this study shows a successful result among animals and patients.

The solution of this extract in a known ratio has showed a successful results when using it as a mouth wash for relief dental plaque .
