وجد أن إندول – 3 – كاربو كالدهيد (ICA) يمكن استخدامه ككاشف اشتقاق لتحسس الانبعاث الضوئي للحموض الأمينية عند أطوال موجية 385 نانومتر و 265 نانومتر.

ووجد أن فصل مشتق ICA مع الحموض الأمينية بواسطة عمود فصل لنعكاسي الطور يتغرق أقل من9 دقائق.

و كذلك فقد وجد أن معامل الاسترجاع الخطي لكل حمض أميني أكبر من 0.995 في المجالات التي تم اختبارها, وحدود التحسس (LOD) تقع بين 0.018 و 0.118 ميللي مول و أن حدود القياس الكمي (LOQ) بين 0.061 و 0.0391 ميللي مول.

و طبقت الطريقة بنجاح على عينة من الحموض الأمينية في خليط وفي صور الجرعة الصيدلية.

Abstract EN

Indole-3-carboxaldehyde (ICA) was investigated as a derivatizing reagent for the fluorescence detection of amino acids at 385 nm and 265 nm.

The separation of ICA-derivatized amino acids on a conventional reversed-phase column was achieved in less than 9.0 min.

Linearity ( r ) for each amino acid was found to be greater than 0.9995 within test ranges, the limit of detection (LOD) between 0.018 and 0.118 mM and the limit of quantification (LOQ) between 0.061 and 0.391 mM.

The procedure was successfully applied to the assay of the pure amino acids in a mixture and their pharmaceutical dosage form
