Aim : effect of olive oil 20 % + protein20 %, butter fat20 % / +protein20 % and Iard20 % + protein20 % on the body weight gain, organs weigh, serum glucose, total cholesterol ,triglycerides, free fatty acids, HDL-c and LDL-c of rat.

Material and Methods : the study was carried out on 28 weanling male Sprague- Dawly strain rats (weight 70-75 gm).

Results : the results revealed that (olive oil 20 % + protein20 %),(butter fat20 %+protein20 %) and (Iard20 %+protein20 % ) obtained the highest value of body weight gain and organs weigh is comparison with organs weight of control group.

Results indicated that liver (olive oil 20 %+protein 20 %) total cholesterol, triglycerides phospholipids, and glycogen non significantly but butter fat and lard increased significantly as compared to control .Also results indicated that serum olive oil non-significant, butter fat and lard increased significantly compared to control .Also, results indicated that serum leprin, insulin., Ca., P.

urine Ca, urine P and uric acid (olive oil) non significantly as compared to control.

But butter fat and lard increased significantly as compared to control.
