حضرت خمسة مشتقات جديدة من هيدرازون و ذلك بمكاثفة ثنائي-2-الكيتون مع عدد مختلف التركيب من الهيدرازيدات كل على حدى.
تم جمع كميات راسبة بمحصلة ممتازة من هيدرازيد-هيدرازون و ذلك بعد غلي الخليط في وسط محمض بحامض الهيدروكلوريك لمدة 8 إلى 10 ساعات.
و لتأكد من نظافة الناتج تم إعادة بلورته من الإيثانول بالماء مرتين قبل إجراء إي تحليل له.
جميع هذه المركبات تم تحليلها و دراستها بواسطة قياس طيف الكتلة و الأشعة تحت الحمراء و طيف الرنين المغناطيسي للبروتون و الكربون-13 بالإضافة إلى التحليلات الفيزيائية الأخرى.
كما تم دراسة الفعاليات المضادة للفطريات و ذلك باستخدام ثلاثة أنواع معروفة من الفطريات و هي : Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Microsporum canis and Trichophyton rubrum.
Abstract EN
Pyridlhydrazone derivatives [1-5] were synthesized for the first time by condensation of di-2-pyridyl ketone with different hydrazides individually.
The corresponding solid phase hydrazide-hydrazones were collected from acidic-ethanolic medium after 8-10 hours of reflux in very good to excellent yields and purified twice by ethanol/water re-crystallization process.
All the synthesized compounds are characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, FAB-MS and other physical analyses tests.
The microbiological antifungal activity was carried out toward Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Microsporum canis and Trichophyton rubrum.
