يصف هذا التقرير حالة مريضة ذات 21 عاما أصيبت بهبوط حاد فى القلب بعد أجراء عملية قيصرية لها نتيجة أجهاد شديد للجنين و شخصت الحالة بعد ذلك على أنها حالة علل قلبي ذات ارتباط بالولادة.
Abstract EN
This case report describes the management of 21 years old parturient who developed acute left ventricular failure following an emergency caesarean section.
This young woman turned out to be a previously undiagnosed a case of dilated per partum cardiomyopathy.
