أجريت هذه الدراسة على العضلة العريضة الظهرية للكلاب لعدد 29 كلب بالغ و سليم لدراسة و تحديد موقع و كيفية إنتشار المغذي للعضلة بداخلها و إمكانية زرع الجزء الأمامي للعضلة العريضة الظهرية تحت الجلد و في جرح عضلي.
أظهرت النتائج التشريحية إلى أن العضلة العرشضة الظهرية تغذى من وعاء دموي رئيسي واحد من الشريان أمام اللوحى و عدة من الأوعية الدموية الصغيرة من الشريان بين الضلعي.
كما أظهرت النتائج الجراحية إلى إمكانية زرع الجزء الأمامي اللوحي كإمداد دموي للعضلة و ذلك بعد عمل التقييم الإشعاعي للأوعية الدموية و متابعة الحالة الإكلينيكية للحيوانات و متابعة التئام الجرح.
Abstract EN
The present work was carried out on latissimus dorsi muscle of 29 clinically healthy adult dogs of both sexes.
it is based on identify the vascular pattern of the latissimus dorsi muscle and evaluate the transposition of the cranial part of this muscle focusing on clinical picture, postmortem angiography at the seat of the recipient muscle and histopathologically changes at the seat of implant as well as at the transplanted muscle.
This study concluded that, the cranial part of latissmus dorsi is suitable muscle for muscle flap in dogs.
