أجري هذا البحث على كل 39 جنينا و التي تتراوج أطولها ما بين 5 مم-95 سم و التي تم جمعها التي بالقاهرة.
ولقد أظهرت نتائج تلك الدراسة ما يلي :- ظهور الكلية المتوسطة عند طول 5 مم كشريط نسيجي مكون من نعدد كبير من الأنبيبات الكلوية بالإضافة إلى قناة الكلية المتوسطة.
تستقبل الكلية المتوسطة تفرعات دموية من الشريان الأورطي و التي تكون كبيبات عند طول 8 مم.
تتمايز الأنبيبات الكلوية عند طول 20 مم إلى نوعين إحدهما تتفرد خلاياه الطلائية بوجود سطح هدبي.
يصل حجم الكلية المتوسطة إلى أقصاه عند طول 35 مم ثم تأخذ في الإضملال التحليلي.
Abstract EN
The mesonephros was firstly seen as a narrow strip along the roof of thoracolumbar region of the vertebral column at 5 mm CVRL stage.
At 8 mm CVRL stage, the ramifications of the aorta gave rise to the first evidence of glomerulogenesis.
At 13-18 mm CVRL stage, the per tubular matrix showed scarse mesenchyme cells and pronounced increase in the number of hemopioetic cells.
At 20 mm CVRL stage, two types of tubules were demonstrated in the mesonephros, one of them lined with single layer of low cuboidal cells, the other tubules lined with low columnar cells.
The Muller Ian duct was firstly seen at the aforementioned stage.
The maximum size of mesonephros was observed at 35 mm CVRL stage and it began its retrogressive apoptotic changes at 37 mm CVRL stage.
