تم في هذا البحث دراسة تأثير بعض المحفزات المناعية الجديدة وهي الألفاميون في العليقة (500 جم / طن) و كذلك الأنيومنير في مياه الشرب (1سم / 10كجم) على الطيور المحصنة بلقاح الإلتهاب المعوي التنكرزي.
أستخدمت في هذه التجربة 7 مجموعات من بداري التسمين عمر (6-8) أسابيع حصنت كالأتي: المجموعة الأولى باللقاح الزيتي فقط والثانية (الزيتي مع الألفاميون) والثالثة ( الزيتي مع الأنيمومنير) و الرابعة باللقاح الجيل فقط و الخامسة (الجيل مع الألفاميون) و السادسة (الجيل مع الأنيومنير) و تركت المجموعة الأخيرة كضابط للتجربة.
أتضح من النتائج أن إستخدام المحفزات المناعية سواء في العليقة أو مياه الشرب مع اللقاح الزيتي أو الجيل أعطت مستويات مناعية أعلى من مثيلاتها التي تم حقنها باللقاح فقط (زيتي أو جيل).
كما ظهر أيضا أن إستجابة الطيور التي تم تحصينها باللقاح الجيل سواء مع الألفاميون أو الأنيومنير أعطت إستجابة مناعية أعلى بالمقارنة بالطيور التي تم تحصينها باللقاح الزيتي مع هذه الإضافات.
تبين من نتائج إختبار التحدي بميكروب الكلوسترديم برفرنجينز أنه لا توجد أي حالات تفوق سواء في الطيور المحصنة أو الغير محصنة بينما بعد إجراء الصفة التشريحية لجميع الطيور يعد ذلك بأسبوع وجد تغيرات في الأمعاء عبارة عن التهابات على شكل إحتقانات و أنزفة دموية ظهرت فقط في الطيور الغير محصنة.
إستخلصت من الدراسة أن إستخدام الألفاميون في العليقة أو الأنيمومنير في مياه الشرب يؤدي إلى رفع كفاءة الطيور المناعية المحصنة بلقاح الإلتهاب المعوي التنكرزي الزيتي أو الجيل مما يجعلها أكثر مقاومة للعدوى و يكسب أجيالها الصغيرة من الكتاكيت كفاءة و قدرة مناعية أفضل ضد الأصابة بالمرض خلال فترة النمو و الإنتاج.
Abstract EN
The efficacy of innovative immunostimulants, Alphamune in feed ration (500gm / tonne) and Inmunair in drinking water (1 ml / 10 kg b w) was studied in chickens vaccinated with necrotic enteritis (N E).
Six out of seven group of chickens were vaccinated and divided as follows ; the 1st group with (N E oil vaccine), the 2nd group with (N E oil vaccine and Alphamune), the 3rd group with (N E oil vaccine and Inmunair), the 4th group with (N E gel vaccine), the 5th group with (N E gel vaccine and Alphamune), the 6th group with (N E gel vaccine and Inmunair) and the last group were left as a control non-vaccinated.
It was noted that, using the immunostimulants in feed ration or in drinking water with N E oil or gel vaccine gave higher antitoxin titers against C.
perfringens type A other than chicken groups that were vaccinated with N E oil or gel vaccine alone.
Also chicken groups that were vaccinated with N E gel vaccine and Alphamune or Inmunair produced higher antitoxin titers than groups of chickens that were vaccinated with N E oil vaccine with the same additives.
Both vaccinated and control chickens that exposed to challenge by C.
perfringens type A showed no deaths, however the post mortem (PM) findings revealed that there are inflammatory intestinal changes (hyperemia and hemorrhages) seen only in the control birds.
