تم تقييم و تحضير لقاح جديد مكون من لقاح مركب و مثبط من التهاب القصبة الهوائية البقري المعدي و البارا أنفلونزا – 3 و الميكوزا و الفيروس السنسيتي و الباستريلا ملتوسيدا و تم تثبيط اللقاح بالبيانري إيثيلين أمين لأول مرة بدلا من الفورمالين بالنسبة للعترات الفيروسية أما الباستريلا ملتوسيدا فتم استخدام الفورمالين و تم إضافة الهيدروجيل كمادة مدمصة. و تم تقييم اللقاح في ماشية قابلة للعدوى بالعترات الداخلة في تركيب اللقاح و تم عمل اختبار السلامة و الكفاءة المناعية لتقييم اللقاح بالحقن في العضل في تلك الماشية و دراسة المستوى المناعي باستخدام اختبار التعادل في السيرم و الاليزا و تلازن الدم الغير مباشر و كان هناك تطابق في النتائج من اللقاح المركب و اللقاح المفرد من كل عترة و كذلك أعطى اختبار الحماية في الفئران من عترة الباستريلا نتائج مرضية في تقييم اللقاح وصل معدل الحماية إلى 100% و عليه فإن اللقاح الجديد المركب و المثبط يمكن استخدامه لحماية الماشية من العدوى ضد الأمراض التنفسية المركبة من البكتيريا و الفيروسات في الحقل.
Abstract EN
A newly combined inactivated vaccine containing (IBR, PI-3, BVD and BRS viruses) and P.
multocida was prepared and evaluated in susceptible cattle.
The immune response of the prepared vaccine was evaluated by administration of the combined vaccine in susceptible cattle with 2 doses 3 weeks apart as well studying each monovalent ones.
The obtained results of combined vaccine as measured by SNT, ELISA and HI came in harmony with that of monovalent ones.
The result of mouse protection test revealed that the combined vaccine proved to be safe and effective for immunization of cattle against P.
multocida.
Thus, the newly combined vaccine was safe and potent when use to protect cattle against respiratory diseases complex infection.
