تم تحضير لقاح زيتي مثبط من عترة البروسيلا أبورتس ريف-1، و تم تقييم هذا اللقاح بتتبع رد الفعل السيرولوجي و قدرته على صد العدوى ضد ميكروب البروسيلا ملتنيسيس الخقلي المعزول محليا (اختبار التحدي) باستخدام جرعة مخففة توازى 5 × 310 ميكروب حي و جرعة أخرى أعلى توازى 5 × 610 و مقارنة هذه النتائج بمثيلتها في مجموعتين من الأرانب الهندي، الأولى تم تحصينها باللقاح ريف-1 الحي و الأخرى تم تحصينها باللقاح المثبط بروسيلا مليتنسيس المستورد عترة هـ 38.
و لقد وجد أن اللقاح ريف-1 المثبط الزيتي المحضر أعطى نسبة صد تقارب التي أعطاها اللقاح الحي عترة ريف-1 و المثبط عترة هـ ٣٨ عند استخدام الجرعة المخففة من ميكروب البروسيلا مليتنسيس الحقلي و بينما اللقاح الحي عترة ريف-1 أعطى نسبة صد أفضل من اللقاحين المثبطين عترة ريف-1 و عترة هـ ٣٨ عند استخدام جرعة عالية و قد أعطى لقاح ريف-1 المثبط الزيتي رد فعل سيرولوجي ضعيف استمر لفترة قليلة أما اللقاح المثبط عترة هـ ٣٨ أعطى نفس الرد السيرولوجي الضعيف و لكن لفترة أطول و يتضح من النتائج أن اللقاح ريف-1 المثبط و الذي تم تحضيره لأول مرة محليا يسبب تداخل سيرولوجي أقل مع الاختبارات السيرولوجية التقليدية من الذي يسببه اللقاحين الحي عترة ريف-1 و المثبط عترة هـ ٣٨.
Abstract EN
Inactivated oil adjuvant Brucella melitensis Rev-1 vaccine was evaluated in guinea pigs in a comparison with an inactivated Brucella melitensis H38 and living attenuated Rev-1 vaccines.
The results showed that the inactivated oil adjuvant Rev-1 vaccine was similar to the other two vaccines in their ability to protect guinea pigs against challenge with the local strain using a challenge dose of 5 X 103 viable organisms.
In contrast to the living Rev-1 vaccine, the prepared inactivated vaccine gave tube agglutination titre (TAT) persisted for short time that not interfere with the differentiation between the vaccinated and infected animals using diagnostic agglutination test.
