Abstract EN
The outer membrane protein H (omp h) gene is one of the powerful immunogenic components which can be a promising vaccinal candidate.
We amplified the omp h gene from different P.
multocida stains [(A : 5, A : 8, A : 9, D : 2 and CU vaccinal strain)], the amplicon was then subjected to RFLP analysis to study the differences between the gene amplified from different strain using EcoR I, Msp I and Hind III.
