تم تحضير لقاح مثبط من فيروس الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي باستخدام زيت ISA50 كحامل و إضافة فيتامين أ، ه كمواد رافعة للمناعة و تم تقييم اللقاحات بحقنها في مجاميع متساوية من الدجاج و قياس المناعة الخلوية باستخدام اختبار تحور الخلايا الليمفاوية و كذلك قياس المناعة الخلطية باستخدام اختباري المصل المتعادل و الأليزا.
و قد أثبتت النتائج إن استخدام زيت ISA50 و فيتامين أ،ه قد عادى إلى رفع الاستجابة المناعية للطيور للقاح الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي المثبط بصورة ملحوظة.
Abstract EN
An inactivated infectious bronchitis (IB) virus oil vaccine was prepared by using montanide ISA50 as oil adjuvant and vitamin (A and E) as immunostimulant.
The immune response of this vaccine was evaluated in chickens by estimating cellular immunity using lymphocyte blastog-enesis assay and humoral immunity using serum neutralization test (SNT) and ELISA tests.
The results revealed that noticeable increase in the immune response with the usage of the oil adjuvant ISA50 in addition of vitamin A and E in the preparation of inactivated oil adjuvant IBV vaccine.
