أجريت هذه الدراسة بمحافظة الإسكندرية على 1320 من الجاموس 1440 من الأبقار بعدد إجمالي 2760 و كان الهدف من الدراسة هو دراسة حدوث و التوزيع الموسمي و المكان المفضل على الحيوان و نوع الطفيل و نسبة حدوثه في الفترة من يناير إلى ديسمبر 2005 و كانت النتائج كالآتي إصابة كل من الأبقار و الجاموس ب قراد الهيالوما اناتوليكم و البوفيليس اينولاتس بنسبة 14.9, 3.2% على التوالي و كانت أعلى نسبة إصابة خلال فصل الصيف ثم الربيع ثم الخريف ثم الشتاء و كان المكان المفضل للقراد على العائل بالنسبة للجاموس و الأبقار كان الضرع, منبت الذيل – الأكتاف – الأرجل الخلفية من الداخل – الرقبة – الرأس – ثم البطن بينما كانت الإصابة بحلم الجرب السوروبتس أوفيس في الأبقار و الجاموس 14.3, 23.3% على التواي أما بالنسبة للحدوث الموسمي لحلم الجرب كان أعلى نسبة إصابة في الشتاء و أقل نسبة إصابة في الصيف في كل من الأبقار و الجاموس و كان المكان المفضل لحلم الجرب بالنسبة للأبقار و الجاموس فكانت منبت الذيل – أعلى الصدر – الرأس – الأكتاف – الظهر – الرقبة و كانت الإصابة بالقمل من نوع اللينوجناس فيتولي في الأبقار و الجاموس يصاب ب الهيماتيوبينس تبوبركيولاتس بنسبة 5.3, 47.07% على التوالي و كان التوزيع الموسمي للإصابة أعلى نسبة إصابة كانت في الشتاء ثم الخريف ثم الربيع و أقلها كانت في الصيف المكان المفضل الرقبة – الصدر – الأرجل الخلفية و الأمامية.
Abstract EN
In the Present Study 1320 Buffaloes and 1440 Cattle were subjected to Parasitolog icol examination For external Parasites.
The infection rate with Ixodid Ticks among among cattle and Buffaloes were 14.3 and 3.2 % respectively.
Cattle were infected By Boophilus anulatus while Hyalomma Spp.
was the only Tick Species that found to infect buffaloes concerning the animal age and sex the rate of infection was higher in female than in male in cattle but in buffaloes the Percentage was higher in male than in Female.
A highest Peak of infection with tick during the Summer Season Followed by spring outumn and winter The predi laction seats perferred by tick were the udder, tail root, shoulders, hind limbs and neck.
in buffaloes, while in cattle were the chest, udder, neck, head, axilla, tail root, shoulders, hindlimbs and abdomen.
while the skin Scraping showed the presence of mite which were Identified as Psoroptes ovis in cattle and Buffaloes.
The prevalence of infection with psoroptos reached its highest rate in winter and the lowest rate in Summer.
Haematopinus Tuberculatus and linognathus vituli were the two species of lice that infected buffaloes and cattle.
