Abstract AR
تم أخذ عدد (35) ماعز من عدد مزرعتين بمحافظة الدقهلية ظهر عليهم أعراض الضعف العام و الخمول و الامتناع عن الطعام و احتقان في كل الأغشية المخاطية مع وجود إسهال و ظهور أعراض عصبية على بعض الحالات الحالات.
تم تحليل العليقة تحليلا شاملا و دل على وجود نسبة عالية من سموم الأفلاتوكسين (250 جزء في البليون).
تم عمل الفحوص البيوكيميائية و وجد الآتي : (1) زيادة معنوية في أنزيمات الكبد الأمينوترنس امينيز (ALT, AST) و الفوسفات القلوي و انخفاض في مستويات البروتين الكلي و الألبيومن و الجلوبيلن. (2) زيادة معنوية في أنزيمات الكلى مثل البولينا و الكرياتنين. (3) زيادة معنوية في نسبة اللاكتيت دهيدروجينيز. (4) انخفاض في مستوى الأملاح المعدنية مثل الكالسيوم و الفوسفور و البوتاسيوم و الصوديوم.
و ذلك بالمقارنة بالحيوانات السليمة. (5) انخفاض مستوى بعض الفيتامينات مثل فيتامين (أ) و فيتامين (هـ). و تم أيضا عمل فحوص هيماتولوجية للحيوانات المصابة و مقارنتها بالحيوانات السليمة و وجد الآتي : - انخفاض نسبة الهيموجلوبين و كرات الدم الحمراء و أيضا انخفاض في كل مستويات صورة الدم. - تم قياس نسبة الأفلاتوكسين المتبقية في الأنسجة المختلفة مثل الكبد و الكلية و العضلات و مقارنتها بالحيوانات السليمة و تبين وجود متبقيات الأفلاتوكسين في الكلية و الكبد و العضلات بنسب عالية. و تم عمل فحص هيستوباثولوجي للأعضاء المختلفة و وجد الآتي : 1- وجود تحطيم في خلايا الكبد مع وجود تغيرات في خلايا الكوفر مع وجود بقع نزيفية في الكبد. 2- تغيرات في خلايا الكبد و تنقرسات بها. 3- وجود آفات مرضية في المخ مع وجود احتقان في الشعيرات الدموية به. من هذه النتائج يتضح أن الأفلاتوكسين يصيب الماعز و يسبب له تسمم كبدي و كلوي و يسبب أيضا هبوط حاد في مكونات الدم مما يسبب الأنيميا و الضعف.
Abstract EN
35 goats from two farm in Mansoura Governorate were suffered from weakness, depression, decrease in feed utilization, congestion of all mucous membrane and intensive diarrhea.
Many of the affected cases suffer with nervous mainfestation.
Ration analysis revealed presence of aflatoxin contamination (250 ppb).
Serum biochemical examination demonstrated : Hypoprotenemia, hypoalumin, elevated liver enzyme (ALT, [AST and AP) and decrease in both urea and creatinine concentration as an indicator of kidney dysfunction, Also, there was decrease in serum calcium, inorganic phosphorus, Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium as a result of decrease reabsorption from the inflamed renal tubules.
In other hand there was decrease in vitamin A and Vitamin E as a result of hepatocellular danage during aflatoxicosis, Hematological examination demonstrated : decrease in (Hb) haemoglobin%, decrease in( RBCS) Red blood count and decrease in (PCV) Also demonstrated high residue of aflatoxin in liver, kidney and Muscle of affected goats compared with normal one.
Histopathological examination demonstr-ated hepatocellular damage, proliferation of kupffer cells and focal hepatic heamorrhage, Alos, the affected kidneys showed necrobiotic changes of renal cells.
The examined brain showed prevascular oedema, congestion of cerebral blood vessels and neural degeneration.
It is obvious that aflatoxin has hepatotoxic and nephrotoxic effect which alters both liver and kideny function test.
