ln this study, azo dye was prepared, where Derived from a reaction 8-Hydroxy Quinolin with p- Amino Phenol, The chemical structure of this dye is : n R R HO CH After thal, two compounds were prepared.

First compound Prepared from a react on azo dye wit ( 2.4-Di ) Nitro phcnyl Sulfonyl Chloride.

The chemical structure of this compound is : 0 n No2 3 0 n n 0 3 No 3 0 c Second compound prepared from a reaction of azo cye with p- Phenyl Benzoyl Chloride, The chemical structure of this compound is : n 0 0 N N 0 C C These compounds are characterized py lnfra-red spectroscopy.

Ultra Violet and Visible spectroscopy.

Electrical Conduction of the (I) compound and (II) compound was stadied (as disks ) at temperature range ( 293-373 ) K.

The Electrical Conduction value of azo dye at (25˚C) is (3.39×10- ohm-1.cm-1) .

while Eiectrica Conduction value of compound ( I ) and compound ( II ) are ( 1.37×10-7 ohn.-1) respectively.
