يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة التوافق بين معلومات الأشعة المقطعية قبل الجراحة و المعلومات المكتسبة أثناء الجراحة في أثنا عشر مريضا بمضاعفات التهاب الأذن الوسطى المزمن.
قمنا بالتركيز على سبع نقاط، تضمنت، درجة تطور النتوء الحلمي، موقع الإصابة، إصابة عظيمات الأذن الوسطى، سلامة كل من قناة العصب السابع و سقف الأذن الوسطى و جدار النتوء الحلمي الخلفي، بالإضافة إلى تشخيص ناسور الأذن الداخلية.
حصلنا على توافق ممتاز في خمس من هذه النقاط و توافق جيد في النقطتين الأخيرتين.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to examine the correlation between preoperative high resolutions computed tomography scan (HRCT) with surgical findings in twelve patients with complicated chronic supportive otitis media.
Seven points were studied, including, mastoid air cell development, extension of pathology, erosion of osiers, integrity of facial canal, tegument, sinus plate and presence of labyrinthine fistula.
Excellent correlation is obtained in five of these points, with good correlation in remaining two.
