تم عمل دراسات علاقة فعالية التركيب البنائي الكمية (QSAR) على مركبات إندول مثل هستامين العضلات الآدمية H4 القوي.
و تم تطبيق التقنيات الإحصائية لتحديد المتطلبات البنائية و الفيزيوكيميائية لميل ارتباط H4.
و تم التحكم بالفعالية, بصورة أساسية، بالحجم الفراغي و عامل التكلب مشتملا على معاملات دلالة مختلفة مثل I1, I2 و I3 عند أماكن مختلفة.
و قد اتبعنا طرق الصلاحية المتبادلة لتحديد القدرة المتوقعة لنماذج QSAR.
Abstract EN
Quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) studies have been made on the compounds of Insole acting as potent human Histamine H4 antagonists.
Statistical techniques were applied to identify the structural and physicochemical requirements for H4 binding affinity.
The activity was doe unmanly controlled by steric and hydrophobic factor with inclusion of different indicator parameters such.
1, I2 and 1 at different positions.
We have undergone a cross validation methodology for deciding predictive power of the QSAR models.
