ابتداء من 4- أمينو-1, 2, 4- تريازول-3- ثايول و 4- أمينو-5-ميثيل-4, 2, 1- تريازول -3- ثايول (Ia وIb) تم تحضير مشتقات حلقية غير متجانسة جديدة لهما (2a,b إلى 6a,b).
و شخصت كل المركبات الجديدة بواسطة التحليل الدقيق للعناصر و طيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي و الأشعة تحت الحمراء.
Abstract EN
Starting from the 4-Amino-4H-l, 2, 4-triazole-3-thiol and 4-Amino-5-methyl-4H-l, 2, 4-triazole-3-thiol la and lb respectively, a series of new heterocyclic compounds derivatives (2a, b to 6a, b).
The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis, "H-NMR, 13C-NMR and iR spectroscopy.
