Abstract EN

This paper presents an approach for data hiding technique based on modeling the color image as a vector quantity.

The direction angles of the image vector are encoded to hide the desired image without degrading the original (cover) image.

The proposed approach is analyzed, and tested experimentally.

The obtained results are encouraging and promising.

The capacity of data hiding has been improved significantly without any additional computational complexity.

In comparison with color LSB, the proposed approach is found to have better performance.

However more investigations are to be carried out to enable blind data hiding.
