Abstract EN

Facing agricultural development in Iraq, a set of constraints complex and preventing the development of agriculture, represented by infrastructure destroyed by the U.S.

occupation in 2003, the problems of the land, r problems and desertification and salinization, wateenvironmental pollution, poor use of packet technology, the weakening of the effectiveness of price policy of agricultural and trade policy which negatively affected through a policy of dumping, as well as the lack of the weakness of government support and Alastosmaraovernmi and private sectors and rising prices of inputs to agricultural production.

The development of these problems require the intervention of the state and all its financial, mation technological and administrative and infortechnology so as to double the possibilities of agricultural private sector, similar to the governments of developed countries that provide all forms of subsidies to the agricultural sector in spite of all the possibilities of ector owned there.

So this research agricultural private swas to shed light on the problems and constraints of agricultural development and the state's role in solving them.
