Abstract EN

The study has aimed at knowing the effective factors in choosing the scientific fields its reflections on employing chances at the market of labour.

The society of the study was represented in many colleges of university of Aden such as faculties of law , education , administrative sciences , medicine and engineering ; the specimen has included 150 student , males and females as a targeted specimen .

The study has depended on norms of consistency , questionnaire , through which students have been asked about their opinions on access and paragraphs of the study which involve sources and limitations of choosing the scientific field ; the level of confidence of specializing which has been chosen ; information source , of labour market the students investigating information of labour opportunities ; reasons , for probably not gaining these opportunities after graduating .

According to the application of approach procedures which face the research goal , we have come to a conclusion confirming the weakness of information system is effecting passively on the process of choosing the scientific field that leads to uncorrelating with the output of university learning with labour market .

The study has come to the necessity of efficiency of information system of labour market , and doing comprehensive survey of students expectations on manpower of university degree and its classifications according to the indicators of economic growth plans in the frame work of a comprehensive national programme to plan, organize human resources which all the authorities contribute in labour market ; especially the different institutions of the university .
