Effect of managerial information systems on organizational effectiveness.

A field – study on Yemeni National Bank The research aims at examining the effect of managerial information systems across dimensions (top management level systems, middle management level systems , operational level systems, & managerial information systems components) on organizational effectiveness of Yemeni National Bank accordance with competing values approach acros dimensions (organizational focus values means & goals on internal or external issues to the organization, & organization structure values means & goals whether stability or flexibility toward organization structure characteristics ) The main hypothesis that there is a effect of managerial information systems on organizational effectiveness.

The research standard depended on standard measurements for all variables it contained, and all were subject to validity & reliability tests.

The researcher distributed this measurement and gathered its data personally from (71) manager in this bank.

The research used many statistical tools to test the study hypothesises.

The study concluded that there is a effect of managerial information systems on organizational effectiveness.

The study provided recommendations concerning the bank & recommendations concerning the future studies.
