present study aims at : 1-exploring the programs of the Palestinian ministry of education and teaching concerning the integration of physical and, motor handicaps 2-recognise the current practices of the program integration of physical and motor handicaps at state schools 3-expose the school environmental and architectural difficulties that face motor handicaps 4-represent the Palestinian experience and the process of developing the work of institutions and the programs acting with special needs the present study tries to answer the following questions: 1-how did comprehensive teaching program emerge, its practical steps, the general and specific goals? 2-what are the strategies of integrating physical and motor handicaps at the normal school.

3-what are the obstacles and difficulties that face renter and old school administration to receive physical and motor.
