User orientation initiatives have gained much attention in recent years especially in Software industry because it is a high value-added technology, so the satisfaction of user needs is a critical success factor for software companies.
User satisfaction measures offer a meaningful and objective feedback about client’s preferences and expectations.
This paper presents an approach to evaluate software user satisfaction, using XL Miner, that is combining multi-criteria preference aggregation analysis and association rules induction data mining technique
