الديكلوفيناك هو احد الأدوية شائعة الاستخدام في معالجة حالات الألم.
و نتيجة للاستخدامات الكثيرة لهذا الدواء فقد أصبحت التأثيرات الجانبية النادرة الحدوث لإعطائه بالحقن تلاحظ بشكل أكثر تواردا و خطورة.
تشكل متلازمة الضائقة التنفسية إحدى هذه التأثيرات.
نستعرض في هذا التقرير أحد هذه الحالات مع التأكيد على أن الكثير من حالات الضائقة التنفسية قد يغفل تشخيصها و خاصة في المناطق الريفية.
Abstract EN
-Diclofenac is one of the most common drug in use for relieving the pain and discomfort.
It's popular uses make it's rare side effects of the injectable form appear more frequently and in a dangerous form.
One of these is the respiratory distress which may be fatal.
Our case may reflect that many cases may be lost especially in rural areas and no one will notice it.
