Estimation of the reliability of a system or systems is difficult, and needs specific software.
Excel program is very easy to use.
So, this paper develops a method, which can analyze the reliability of system or systems by applying Monte Carlo method using Excel program.
This method makes the use of Excel's powerful features in Mathematics and Statistics very easy.
