في جولات ميدانية شملت مناطق زراعة الأشجار المثمرة المختلفة في الأردن، تبين وجود مرض التدرن التاجي في مناطق مختلفة من الأردن.
تم تحليل 30 عزلة من Agrobacterium tumefaciens باستخدام طريقة PCR-RFLP لمنطقة 16 S-rDNA تعود إلى الطرز البيولوجية الثلاثة بالإضافة إلى الطراز البيولوجي الوسطي، وقد أدت نتيجة التحليل إلى تكوين ثلاث مجموعات رئيسية تطابق الطرز البيولوجية الثلاثة، وصنف الطراز البيولوجي الوسطي مع الطراز البيولوجي الأول، حيث اعتبر الطراز البيولوجي الوسطي أنه طراز بيولوجي أول لكن غير ممثل له، بالإضافة إلى وجود اختلافات جينية بين عزلات الطراز البيولوجي الأول.
Abstract EN
16 S-r DNA analysis of 30 Agrobacterium tumefactions Jordanian isolates belonging to 1, 2, 3 and intermediate biotypes, were characterized by the restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of PCR product.
Two reference cultures of A.
tumefactions were used for comparison.
The profile obtained by the analysis formed three main clusters confirmed the bio typing of the strains, and allocated intermediate biotype with biotype 1 strains as a typical biotype 1strains, also, higher genetic distances were found within biotype 1 strains.
