Factors related to the teacher's burnout : theoretical and conceptual introduction

Abstract EN

Background : In secondary and basic schools, teacher's stress is manifested in the growing number of their absences per year as well as their increasing number of early retirement.

Objectives : To clarify the important factors that lead to teacher's burnout.

and To generate theoretical model for implementation of the principle of consequence and performance of the teachers.

Methods : A bibliographic review study research, carried out for obtaining and evaluating the effectiveness of causal relationships model in order to explain the level and structure of burnout prevalence among teachers who face a sever obstacles that might lead to different complicated problems.

To prepare this article, we have to search for relevant references through different websites i.e., Google, International Labour Organization (ILO) and World Health organization (WHO).

Other books and articles as well, were obtained from faculty and university libraries in Aden.

Other references were retrieved throughout personal contacts.
