Abstract EN

This paper aims to show the rules that determine the kind of usurious sales according to the scholars who took special interest in the subject of usury in their books.

This study dealt with the concept of the kind of sale and the scholars' opinions evidence in determing the rules of usurious sale.

The scholars followed the inductive, descriptive and amalytical method and showed what opinions are preferable.

The study has reached the conclusion that the rules observed in determing the kind of usurious sale are: whatever is called a special name.
