Abstract EN

The concept of Moral Intelligence is considered as one of the modern concepts in cognitive psychology field , which was applied by the American psychologist Michele Borba in (2001).

Moral Intelligence is related to group of Multi Intelligence and it consists of moral virtues which are :(empathy, conscience, self-control , respect , tolerance and fairness).

The need for Moral Intelligence is considered as one of the defined psycho and social needs for remarkable humanity , It means the capability to understand the right from wrong , and to make teenagers have moralistic contentment's which enables them to behave in a moralistic style with others.

These contentment's had been acquired in their early lifetime (school life time) from their parents, family and the surrounding social environment.

The present research hypothesizes that Moral Intelligence develops with age progress as long as they a quire things in their early life of time.

To investigate this hypothesis the researcher tracked the development of Moral Intelligence on teenagers for the age of (13,15,17) years old.

The research aims at recognizing the Moral Intelligence degree on teenagers and its indicator in variables of age and sex.

The research have depended on Al-Shammari's scale (2007) which have been developed to fit this stage of age by the researcher and it consist of (60) items.

The scale have been applied on a sample of (300) males and females students chosen randomly from secondary stage for the (second ,fourth ,and sixth) years and for the both branches (literacy and scientific).

It s validity and reliability has been confirmed ,and the statistical means which have been used are person ,T_test, Qne_Way Anova and Scheffe test .

The findings of research are : 1- The degree of Moral Intelligence gets better on teenagers ( in favor of older ones) according to this Moral Intelligence take development path .

2- Females sex gets better degrees than males sex.

The research also came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
