نبات الحامول () هو نبات متطفل على العديد من النباتات التي تنتمي إلى عوائل نباتية مختلفة مثل العائلة الشفوية ()، العائلة الاكنثية () و العائلة الدبسكية ().
أجريت دراسة مظهرية و تشريحية لهذا النبات و الذي جمع من جبل النبي شعيب الذي يبعد عن صنعاء عاصمة اليمن 30 كيلو متر غربا و الواقع بين خطي طول، 043° 58- 043° 59- شرقا و خطي عرض 15° 14-, 15° 15- شمالا كما تم توضيح الانتشار الجغرافي للنبات.
تتضمن الدراسة المظهرية دراسة التركيب المظهري للساق و التركيب الزهري و من الناحية التشريحية تم دراسة المقطع الطولي و العرضي للساق و كذلك دراسة المقطع الطولي لمنطقة الممص كما تم توضيح انتشاره في اليمن و في الأقاليم النباتية العالمية.
Abstract EN
Cuscuta planiflora is a parasitic plant on numerous plants from different families such as Lamiaceae (Thymus laevigatus), Acanthaceae (Hypoestes forsskalii) and Dipsaceae (Pterocephalus frutescens).
Morphological, anatomical and phytogeographical studies where carried on the Cuscuta planiflora which was collected from Jabal An-Nabi Shu’ahyb located 30 km west of Sanaá the capital of Yemen, with coordinates (043° 58- - 043° 59- E &15° 14- -15° 15- N ).
The morphological study includes stem morphology and floral structure.
Anatomically, the cross, lateral section of the stem and lateral section of the haustoria’s area, were studied.
Phytogeographical studies were done by studying its distribution in Yemen and in plant geographical regions.
