Constructing generalized spline surfaces using tensor product method

Abstract EN

The main theme of this paper is the generalization of generalized spline functions for two-dimensional spaces by tensor product methods.

The constructing of the spline surface is given using two cases, the first case when the matrix of the system is nonsingular and the second case for over determined system.

Kronecker product and properties of tensor product are also used in this construction to get the two dimensional approximation function.
