Under the general Gauss-Markov model {Y, Xβ ,2V}, comparison of MINQUE and so called "simple estimator" of (1 / K) YT (1-XX+) Y with f = rank(X : V)-rank (X) for2 is considered .
It is interested to prove that MINQUE is superior to simple estimator OLSE.
