Abstract EN

This paper applied the tanh method for analytic study of the nonlinear coupled KdV systems of partial differential equations(PDEs).

Compared with existing sophisticated approaches, the proposed method gives more general exact traveling wave solutions without much extra effort.

Two applications from literature of nonlinear systems of PDEs were solved by the method.

The calculations demonstrate the effectiveness and convenience of the method for nonlinear system of PDEs.
