تم تحضير مزيج من بولي اثلين واطئ الكثافة (463) و قشور الروبيان (ميتابنايص أ فانيص) غير المرغوب، حيث لا يمتلك أي قيمة غذائية ممكن أن يستفاد منها و بنسب وزنية تتراوح (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, wt%) كدالة للمالئ المضاف، و تمت دراسة السلوك الميكانيكي لهذا الخليط.
أظهرت النتائج العملية بأن إضافة المالئ يعمل على تحسين الخواص الميكانيكية و ذلك بزيادة قوة الإجهاد و معامل يونك و الإجهاد عند الوهن و الإجهاد عند القطع.
كما وجد أن مقدار الاستطالة يقل مع زيادة تركيز المضاف.
أما بالنسبة إلى فحص الصدم فقد وجد إنه يقل بزيادة نسبة المالئ.
لذلك فإن البولي اثلين الواطئ الكثافة و بدون إضافة قد أعطى أعلى قيم للصدم.
تم تحليل البيانات العملية بالإعتماد على موديل السحب.
Abstract EN
I n the present work, the mechanical behavior of (LDPE-463) reinforced with Shrimp Shells (Metapenaeusaffinis) composite, as a function filler contact (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, wt %).
Filler concentration has an obvious effect on improving several mechanical parameters.
The parameters studied are young’s modules, stress at break, and stress at yield which were increased with increasing filler concentration.
Elongation as indirect results of stress at break was decreased with increasing filler concentration.
It was found that the addition of Shrimp Shells to the LDPE leads to decreases impact strength.
Results were analyzed in the frame of drawing model.
