تم تحضير الليكاند أولا و من ثم نوعين من معقدات قواعد شف المشتقة من الثايو يوريا لايوني النحاس الثنائي و النيكل الثنائي، شخصت المعقدات المحضرة بتقنيات متعددة منها مطيافية الأشعة الحمراء و مطيافية الأشعة فوق البنفسجية و التحليل الدقيق لعناصر (CHN).
كما درست الصفات الكهربائية للمعقدات المحضرة بدرجة حرارة (30-110°م) قبل عملية التشويب باليود و بعد تشويبها و لمدة 72 ساعة.
إذ تم الحصول على توصيلية كهربائية بحدود 10-4*1.23 أوم1-.سم 1- بعد تشويبها باليود.
و لمعرفة مدى استعمالها في صناعة الدايود، الترانزستور و الخلايا الضوئية.
Abstract EN
Thiourea derivative Schiff base ligand and their Ni2+ and Cu2+ complexes have been synthesized.
The ligand and their complexes were identified by FTIR, U.V and CHN.
The electrical properties for preparing compounds were studied before and after doping with I2 at temperature (30-110ºC) for (72 hrs).
The maximum value of the conductivity was 1.23*10-4ohm-1.cm-1 after doping with I2.
